Newaygo Michigan - La Belle de la Riviere
The bed and breakfast we stayed in
So we had 2 days in Newago, at a beautiful and relaxing, historic B&B.
Al Capone's Lawyer owned and lived in this mansion. There used to be tunnels that linked the mansion to the nearby bars and businesses (once speakeasies and brothels) downtown.
Our show was cancelled, it was just a mini-afternoon show anyway, so to cross of Michigan we crashed a bar: The River Stop Saloon. They were kind enough to let us use their bar.
What a great place!
We took a great walk around the adorable downtown area, to the river. It was a fun romantic day.
